The Total Woman Empowerment Network, or TTW, is a program of Good Shepherd Outreach Ministries that helps women grow in confidence, faith, knowledge, and purpose.
Led by Joan D. Hampton, TTW brings women together through empowerment programming, advocacy, education, creative experiences, and meaningful community connections.

TTW creates encouraging spaces where women can learn, connect, and support one another. Through conferences, teaching sessions, and networking experiences, women gain practical insights on beauty and self-image, health and wellness, personal finance, entrepreneurship, spiritual growth, and personal development.
Our signature Women’s Empowerment Conference brings together gifted, entrepreneurial, and faith-driven women for meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and opportunities to grow.
Breaking the Silence of Domestic Violence
TTW is committed to increasing domestic violence awareness, supporting prevention efforts, and helping communities respond with greater knowledge and compassion.
Our touring Domestic Violence Awareness Skit uses live storytelling as an educational and advocacy tool. The presentation helps audiences recognize warning signs, understand the impact of domestic violence, and learn how individuals and communities can support survivors.
The program is available for churches, community organizations, businesses, conferences, and special events.
A Touch of Class
A Touch of Class is TTW’s signature fashion and community experience, blending style, entertainment, empowerment, and advocacy.
The event showcases local models and creative talent while raising awareness about domestic violence and encouraging community action. Proceeds support TTW’s domestic violence awareness initiatives and help benefit local organizations serving women and families in need.
