Good Shepherd Outreach Ministries is an independent Christian fellowship and outreach ministry serving Sumter, South Carolina. We are united by faith, guided by Holy Scripture, and committed to sharing the Gospel through teaching, fellowship, and compassionate service.
Our Mission
Good Shepherd Outreach Ministries' mission is to provide Christian ministry and outreach services that strengthen the spiritual, educational, economic, and social well-being of all people, with particular care for women and children.
Who We Are
Good Shepherd Outreach Ministries is a nonprofit corporation established under the laws of the State of South Carolina and recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization.
We are a fellowship of believers, not affiliated with another church or denomination. Members and friends support our ministry and share our commitment to spreading the Gospel in our community and throughout the world.

Our doctrine and ministry practices are grounded in the teachings of the Old and New Testaments. We are committed to Bible-based teaching, spiritual growth, orderly conduct, personal accountability, and service to others.

Leadership and Governance
A Board of Trustees, made up of ministry members, governs GSOM. The Board provides oversight in spiritual and organizational matters and may appoint committees and subcommittees to support the ministry’s work.
GSOM may license and ordain qualified ministers who meet its biblical, educational, training, and character standards under the oversight of its pastors and Board of Trustees.
